Great service, tasty food options, heaps of seating, and well priced. Bonus for gluten free options, and super aware of cross contamination for coeliacs. Highly recommend the pizza jaffle as GF. And my non-GF family thoroughly enjoyed the B&E, burger and hot chocolate after a few laps on the trails.

The Handlbar is a nice cafe to grab a snack, lunch, or beer after mountain biking all day. Decent selection of snacks and quick bites, drinks are in cans including the wine. Picnic tables are perfect for watching the kids on the pump track.

Stromlo Forest Park is Disneyland for mountain bikes - there's something here for everyone from toddlers to world champion downhill racers, and the Handlebar caters for them all. Menu is simple, but perfect for the spot. After a hard ride on the mountain, stop here for a burger, a beer, a coffee or cake. The only downside is that it can be very slow. The space is limited and the crowds all converge around lunchtime on weekends, when you can wait half an hour for the burger. It's also just a covered outdoor area, so if its wet, or very cold, space will be a premium. But if you're not in a hurry it's the perfect addition to a day's riding.

Always great coffee and service. Good selection of local beer on offer as well. Bacon and egg rolls are fully loaded and worth it.
